In the interests of openness and transparency, Councillors and Members of the Public are reminded that the law permits any person to film, record, photograph or use social media in order to report on the proceedings of a Town Council meeting. The Council request that anyone wishing to record the meeting lets the Clerk know beforehand so appropriate arrangements can be made to facilitate the recording.
The next Town Council Meeting will take place on Wednesday 12th September starting at 7.30pm. A planning meeting will be held on 1st August to allow residents the opportunity to raise concerns about the proposed development on Station Yard / Stony Lane. A copy of the agenda will be available to view below

Town Council Meetings (full Council meetings)
We meet on the second Wednesday of every month, excluding August.
Our meetings start at 7.30pm and are held in Reepham Town Hall (see map at Contact us).
The Public are welcome to our meetings and there is time allocated to public questions.
Our Council Agendas have the same format which is fairly standard to all local councils and includes, receiving apologies for absence from members, approval of minutes from the last meeting, considering items of correspondence, approving payments and other financial items, consideration of planning applications and agenda items for discussion.
Our agendas are posted on our website and also put on all the noticeboards around the Town, including the Town Council noticeboard mounted on the Church railings. A copy of the agenda is also placed in the Bircham Centre. Our minutes are available on our website (see below).
Our meetings and our Council is governed by Standing Orders and Financial Regulations and we have other Policies which we have adopted to help us with the governance of our Council and to comply with the law. For more information visit our Policies page.
